What exactly is Veridian?
Veridian is a professional consultancy based at 20 Chrisp Street, London. We help people deal with ten everyday problem areas — from housing disrepair and debt to DWP benefits — with friendly, practical, confidential support.
Are you solicitors or financial advisers?
No. We're not a firm of solicitors and not regulated financial or immigration advisers, and we don't give legal or financial advice. Where formal regulated advice is needed, we introduce you to trusted specialist partners and stay involved throughout.
How much do you charge?
Your first conversation is always free and without obligation. If any next step involves a cost — ours or a partner's — it's explained clearly and agreed with you before anything goes ahead.
Is my information kept private?
Yes — 100% confidential, always. Nothing is shared with anyone without your clear permission. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how your details are handled.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day. If your matter has a deadline — a court date, an appeal window, an eviction notice — tell us straight away and we'll prioritise it.
Do you only help people in London?
We're based in London and know it best, but most of our help works by phone and email — so wherever you are in the UK, it's worth getting in touch.
